GARAGE EPOXY / PREPARATION / EVERYDAY USE
A clear floor. A coordinated finish. A garage that works as hard as you do. Start with the concrete and choose a coating system for residential vehicle traffic.

FROM THE DELUXE TEAM
Full-height views from the team’s job footage, with the whole floor in frame.

Clear the garage, assess the slab and remove contamination before the coating work begins.

Inspect coverage and detailing, then allow the selected system to cure before returning the garage to use.

A FLOOR FOR REAL LIFE
Select a system rated for residential vehicle traffic and the condition of your slab. The concrete carries the load; the coating provides a protective wearing surface. Return the car only after the specified cure.
Cleaning alone is not always enough. Assess oil contamination, previous sealers, moisture and damage; then prepare the concrete and repair suitable defects with compatible materials.
Specify compatible primer, coating and topcoat products for the job. Correct mixing, coverage, installation conditions and cure time are as important as the finish you see.
THE FINISHED FLOOR
Decorative flakes create depth and a coordinated color blend. Discuss traction, topcoat and maintenance before selecting the final system.
BENEATH THE SURFACE
Explore a typical decorative flake coating system, from the prepared slab to the protective finish.

The finishing layer is selected for the intended wear, cleaning and exposure. Outdoor systems need appropriate UV stability.
Flakes add color and texture. Metallic and solid-color floors use a different decorative build-up.
A compatible resin layer carries the decorative finish and bonds into the specified system.
Primer selection depends on the substrate and system, including any required moisture treatment.
Inspect moisture, profile the surface and address suitable defects. Existing joints and movement require appropriate detailing.

FROM LIQUID TO FINISH
The transformation starts before the resin is poured. Surface preparation, correct mixing, working time and even coverage all shape the result.

MAKE IT YOURS
GOOD TO KNOW
A coating does not prevent structural movement or guarantee a crack-free slab. Existing cracks and joints need assessment; movement in the concrete may show through the finish.
Do not assume so. The coating manufacturer’s vehicle-return time depends on the system and site conditions. Follow the agreed cure schedule before driving, turning tires or placing heavy items on it.
Remove grit regularly, clean spills promptly and use the cleaner recommended for the coating. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive methods unless the manufacturer approves them.
